My hometown is a fairly typical American suburb. In fact, there is nothing very memorable about it. It has lots of houses, a few malls, too many chain restaurants, and so on. You've heard it all before. The one thing it does have is a dairy barn. The Han-D-Dip Dairy Barn is the best ice cream place ever. It's how you know summer has arrived. It's an institution. A landmark. Quite possibly the only place worth visiting.
